on a lot of pages i see tons of air intakes for "88-91 civic"s, but will those fit a DX? is the difference only in body style or do i need to find parts specifically for a civic DX?

I had an 88-91 civic/crx iceman intake on my 91 dx. sastanley has an AEM cold air intake on his dx. So either one of those should work. smile

well, at $200-$300 per beginner mod, i can see how its going to take some time to get started. I'm thinking i'm going to go with the AEM, as its only $180 or so. That'll probably be the first thing i do to my car, as its the least expensive, and looks relatively simple. Until i get $200 i think i'll go to auto-zone and buy one of those enormous filters for $20 my bro put on his alero and make some cool rev noises. (i'm a cheap ass), well, actually, I'm in a band, trying to build a studio, and buy an $1800 Gibson Les Paul, which cost more than my car, so it'll prolly be a month or so before i can get started wink

    Absolutely none yet.
Planned: AEM Cold Air Intake, GReddy Shift Knob (yeah!), lots more beginner stuff later.
